Asia Modern Pak Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 and currently operates from Sinsakhon Industrial Estate in Samut Sakhon. 2 Rotogravure Printing Machines: Our advanced 10-color and 9-color rotogravure printing machines run at 300 meters per minute, have a maximum printing material width of 1.1 meters, 99% accuracy in printing realistic images, and are fully equipped with built in print defect detection systems.
2 Dry Laminating Machines: Our dry laminating machines run at 250 meters per minute, have a maximum laminating width of 1.2 meters, and up to 4 layers of film coating.
1 Extrusion Laminating Machine :
The extrusion lamination process involves melting plastic resin pellets using heat inside an extruder. The molten plastic is then forced through a T-Die to form an adhesive or sealing film layer onto the base material efficiently. The machine operates at a maximum speed of 110 meters per minute, supports film widths ranging from 600 to 1,300 mm, and is capable of producing laminated structures of up to 5 layers to meet a wide variety of high-quality flexible packaging requirements.
7 Film Slitter Rewinder Machines: These machines run at 300 meters per minute, with a minimum slit width of 50 millimeters.
12 Pouch Making Machines: Our machines allow us to manufacture all types of pouches such as 3 side seal,4 side seal, center seal, and standing pouch with all types of zippers and spouts as well as die-cutting into irregular shapes. We can produce pouches from 70 to 450 millimeters in width.
Manual Spout Insertion Machines (15 Units) and Automatic Spout Insertion Machines (2 Units)
The spout insertion process is a critical step in the production of spouted pouches (Spout Pouches). The company operates 15 manual spout insertion machines, providing a combined production capacity of up to 1,000 pouches per hour. These machines offer excellent flexibility and are well-suited for a wide range of pouch designs and production requirements.
In addition, the company is equipped with 2 automatic spout insertion machines, each capable of producing up to 1,200 pouches per hour. These automated systems enhance production efficiency, reduce processing time, and ensure consistent sealing quality. The machines are compatible with various spout sizes, enabling us to meet the diverse needs of customers in the food, beverage, personal care, and consumer goods industries with reliability and precision.
Paper Sheet Cutting Machine (1 Unit)
The paper sheet cutting process is an essential stage in preparing materials according to customer specifications and subsequent production requirements. The company operates 1 paper sheet cutting machine with a maximum cutting speed of 1,500 meters per hour, enhancing production efficiency and reducing material preparation time.
