About Asia Modern Pak
Our gravure printing service is modern and highly efficient, utilizing two gravure printing machines that support 10-color and 9-color printing. Operating at a speed of 300 meters per minute, these machines can print on materials with a maximum width of 1.1 meters. With 99% printing accuracy, they produce realistic and sharp images. Additionally, our printers are equipped with built-in print defect detection systems to ensure the highest quality of printed work, meeting our customers’ precise needs.
Our dry lamination service is modern and efficient, utilizing two dry laminating machines that operate at a fast speed of 250 meters per minute. These machines can laminate film with a maximum width of 1.2 meters and up to 4 layers, enhancing the strength and protective performance of the customer’s product. This lamination process helps prevent moisture and air penetration, making it ideal for packaging that requires high durability and premium quality.
Our packaging pouch production service is diverse and comprehensive, utilizing 12 pouch-making machines capable of producing all types of pouches, including 3-side seal pouches, 4-side seal pouches, center seal pouches, and standing pouches. Additionally, we can incorporate zippers and spouts into the pouches, as well as cut them into custom shapes as per customer requirements. We have the capability to produce pouches with widths ranging from 70 to 450 millimeters, effectively meeting the needs of customers across various industries.

2 Rotogravure Printing Machines: Our advanced 10-color and 8-color rotogravure printing machines run at 300 meters per minute, have a maximum printing material width of 1.1 meters, 99% accuracy in printing realistic images, and are fully equipped with built in print defect detection systems.
2 Dry Laminating Machines: Our dry laminating machines run at 250 meters per minute, have a maximum laminating width of 1.2 meters, and up to 4 layers of film coating.
7 Film Slitter Rewinder Machines: These machines run at 300 meters per minute, with a minimum slit width of 50 millimeters.
8 Pouch Making Machines: Our machines allow us to manufacture all types of pouches such as 3 side seal,4 side seal, center seal, and standing pouch with all types of zippers and spouts as well as die-cutting into irregular shapes. We can produce pouches from 70 to 450 millimeters in width.
